Larenio is a client-management tool for UK accountancy firms and the small businesses they work with. It keeps customer records and recurring obligations — statutory deadlines, renewals, follow-ups — off the spreadsheet and somewhere a whole team can rely on.
Larenio is currently invite-only. Access is provided to firms we onboard directly.
What Larenio does
- A shared record of every client or customer, with custom fields and an activity log.
- Tracks recurring deadlines and reminds the right person before they fall due.
- Optional UK-accountancy features: statutory deadline dates and Companies House lookup.
- Optionally connects to Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 so deadlines appear in your calendar.
- Sends reminder and client emails on the firm's behalf.
How your data is handled
Data is stored securely in the United Kingdom / EU (AWS, London region) with sensitive fields encrypted. When you choose to connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, Larenio uses that access only to create and update calendar entries for your own deadlines — never to read unrelated data, and never for advertising.
